A live case timeline that writes itself
From the moment a job is logged, every change lands on the case timeline: allocation, status changes, notes, photos and service sheets, and any customer email you send. Status moves through the stages a real callout follows — open, dispatched, en route, on site, resolved — and each transition is stamped and attributed to the office or the engineer who made it.
