One mailbox the whole team can see.
A shared inbox for breakdown teams — a company mailbox where customer email lands, threads sensibly, and never gets stuck on one person's laptop.
A shared mailbox, not a personal one
Your company gets its own mailbox — a hello@ address that the whole office works from, rather than mail scattered across individual accounts. Incoming email is routed straight into Callout360 and sits in a clean inbox alongside the job you're already running. When someone is out or off shift, the mail is still right where the next person can pick it up.
Conversations that stay threaded
Reply subjects mutate — Re:, Fwd:, and half a dozen forwards later — so Callout360 groups a conversation by the person you're talking to, not the subject line. Open a message and you see the whole back-and-forth in order, oldest first. Replies go out from the shared mailbox with your Callout360 signature and are threaded correctly, so the customer's email client keeps the conversation together too.
Attachments, spam filtering and folders
Purchase orders, photos of the fault, signed sheets — attachments come in with the message and are stored with it, up to ten files per email. Inbound mail is scored for spam using its SPF and DKIM results and Mailgun's spam flag, so junk is filtered out of your working inbox and into a spam folder rather than cluttering the desk. Sent, spam and trash folders keep everything sorted, and unread counts tell you at a glance what still needs a reply.
Kept alongside the case
Email doesn't live apart from the work. The job dispatch emails and customer update emails you send are recorded against the case timeline, attributed and time-stamped, so the correspondence and the callout sit together. When a customer replies to an update or an invoice, it comes back to the shared mailbox where the whole team can act on it — not into one inbox nobody else can reach.
