We're launching later this year. Leave your details and we'll email you the moment sign-up opens — no commitment, and we won't use your address for anything else.

Which plan is right for you?

The plans are separated by how much you run, not by which features you get to use — the core case management is the same throughout. If you are a one- or two-person outfit doing up to a hundred callouts a month, Starter is the honest place to begin, and the 14-day free trial means you can prove it on real jobs before you pay a penny. As your volume climbs, Pro opens up more staff seats, more engineers and the headroom of 500 jobs a month. Ultimate is for the operators who simply do not want to think about limits — national networks, busy fleets, and anyone coordinating a large roster of subcontractors.

The two paid add-ons bolt straight onto whichever plan you choose. Invoicing lets you raise the bill directly from a closed case, and Service Sheets captures the roadside job sheet and photos as part of the record. Both are £19 a month plus VAT and can be turned on or off whenever you like. If you are weighing it all up, the how-it-works walkthrough shows exactly what a case looks like end to end, and the roadside repair agents page covers how the platform fits that trade specifically.

Pricing questions, answered

When does Callout360 launch?

Later this year — we're putting the final polish on it now. Register your interest at callout360.com/register-interest and we'll email you the moment sign-up opens. Registering takes ten seconds and there's no commitment.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Starter plan comes with a 14-day free trial. We take your card details at sign-up but you are not charged until the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing.

Do the prices include VAT?

No — every price on this page is shown plus VAT. UK VAT is added at the prevailing rate when you are billed, so a £69 plan is £69 + VAT each month.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. There are no contracts and no minimum term. Cancel from the Billing screen whenever you like and you will not be charged again — you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.

What counts as a job?

A job is a single breakdown case you log in a calendar month. It is the case that counts, not the number of updates, photos or engineers attached to it. The monthly allowance resets at the start of each month.

Can I add or switch the add-ons later?

Yes. Invoicing (£19/mo + VAT) and Service Sheets (£19/mo + VAT) can be switched on or off from Billing at any time. Turn them on when you need them; changes take effect from your next bill.

What support is included?

Starter includes email support. Pro and Ultimate get priority support, and Ultimate also includes onboarding assistance to help get your team and your first cases set up.
