Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Callout360 website and application. By signing up for an account you agree to them.

Who we are
Callout360 is built and operated by TNS365, a UK company. Where these terms say "we" or "us", we mean TNS365. You can reach us any time at hello@callout360.com.
Your account
You need an account to use Callout360. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens under your account, including the actions of the staff users you invite. Give us accurate details when you sign up, and keep them up to date. You must be authorised to act for the business you are registering, and you must be old enough to enter into a contract.
The free trial
The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial. We take your card details when you sign up, but you are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the 14 days are up, you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and the first payment is taken then. The free trial applies to the Starter plan; other plans are billed from the start.
Billing and VAT
Callout360 is billed monthly in advance. Our plans are Starter, Pro and Ultimate, and you can add Invoicing and Service Sheets as paid add-ons — the current prices are on the pricing page. All prices are exclusive of VAT; UK VAT is added at the prevailing rate. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved. We may change our prices, but we will give existing subscribers reasonable notice before a change affects them.
Cancelling
There is no contract and no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from the Billing screen in your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for part-months, but we will always deal with you fairly if something has gone wrong.
Acceptable use
Callout360 is for running breakdown and callout case management for your business. Please do not use it to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform, or to resell the service as your own without our agreement. We may suspend or close an account that is being misused. You keep ownership of the case, customer and engineer data you put into the platform — it is yours, and how we look after it is set out in our privacy policy.
Availability and support
We work hard to keep Callout360 available around the clock, because we know a breakdown desk never sleeps — but no online service is up 100% of the time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the platform down for maintenance, and will avoid busy periods where we can. Support is included with every plan: email support on Starter, and priority support on Pro and Ultimate. What the platform does and how it fits your operation is described across our features and industry pages.
Liability
Callout360 is a tool to help you run your operation; the decisions and the work remain yours. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update this page and the "last updated" date, and for significant changes we will let account holders know. If you keep using Callout360 after a change, that counts as accepting the updated terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If anything here is unclear, hello@callout360.com reaches a real person on our team.
